Private SUP Basics and SUP Yoga
These classes are great for anyone who prefers a 1 on 1 setting, is nervous about starting with a group class, wants to focus on different types of yoga flows, or wants to learn/dive deeper into paddle boarding. We will cater sessions to your needs. SUP Basics are 90 minutes and SUP Yoga are 120 minutes depending on what you want out of the class.
