Our SUP Yoga Classes are our most popular offering. We begin each class on land learning about paddle board basics and safety, then we paddle out to our class location for a 45-1 hour yoga class (all-levels unless otherwise stated), and paddle back to close up. We teach to each student in our floating studio, meaning we promise to guide you in the way that fits your yoga practice, not force the yoga on to you. It will be a fun, messy challenge, but you do what you're comfortable with--standing yoga poses or sitting and taking gentle movements. It's your choice.
